Sam Waddell Joins Waddell, Cole & Jones, PLLC

Waddell, Cole & Jones, PLLC has announced the association of attorney Samuel T. Waddell.

Sam graduated with high honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014. He served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review. He authored Examining the Evolution of Nonparty Fault Apportionment in Arkansas: Must a Defendant Pay More Than Its Fair Share which has been widely cited by Arkansas practitioners on the complex issue of apportionment of fault among joint tortfeasors. Sam was the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Law School Publications Award and the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Scholarship & Leadership Award.

Sam is a 2011 honor graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Financial Management/Investment. As an undergraduate, he was a selected member of the Arvest Fixed Income Fund management team.  

Sam is a native of Jonesboro, the son of Paul and Suzanne Waddell. He is married to Taylor Waddell.

Sam will focus his work in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice.
