She is also experienced in representing individuals and business entities as they become and continue to serve as guardians of incapacitated individuals.

Pam has overseen the prosecution of contested adoption cases before the Craighead County Circuit Court as well as the representation of parents in guardianship matters for their incapacitated children who were obtaining the age of majority.
