Kevin Cole represents a range of clients in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, agriculture (crop damage), intentional torts (malicious prosecution, false arrest and outrage), dram shop (where alcoholic beverages are sold), motor vehicles (auto and tractor trailer), construction, and other commercial claims. 

Kevin serves as Arkansas counsel for several national clients in the hospitality, restaurant and food service industry as well as a number of clients in the automotive industry. Additionally, he maintains an active practice in toxic tort and product liability litigation, serving as counsel to manufacturers, retailers, and premises owners with regard to asbestos exposure, manufacturing defect, product design, and warranty litigation.

Due to his extensive litigation experience on behalf of the firm's insurance industry clients, Kevin devotes a portion of his practice to coverage-related issues and disputes involving comprehensive general liability, errors and omissions, surety, automobile liability, garage liability, homeowner's and surplus lines coverages.

Education

Kevin is a native of Russellville, Arkansas, and a graduate of Arkansas Tech University. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law and has practiced with the attorneys of Waddell, Cole & Jones, PLLC since receiving his degree.
