Ralph Waddell’s legal practice is focused primarily on the areas of banking, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation and governance, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, and healthcare law. He represents banks, hospitals, medical clinics, and other business clients in a wide variety of transactional and litigation matters.  

 

He is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, has been consistently listed by Mid-South Super Lawyers in the field of Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate law and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for his work in the practice areas of Banking, Finance and Corporate Law since 2003.

 

Mr. Waddell is active in the local community, having previously served as President of the Jonesboro Public School District Board of Education and as a former trustee of the Board of Trustees of the Jonesboro Craighead County Public Library.  Mr. Waddell has also served on numerous other community boards and nonprofit organizations. 

 

 

Mr. Waddell received his undergraduate degree in history from Arkansas State University.  He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville School of Law with high honors and was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
